An inch here, a bulge there
Fat, fat everywhere
Talk a walk, run a mile
She hasn't eaten for a while
Another meal skipped, another pound lost
She's in control, her own boss
The worry of her parents, the envy of her friends
Enough motivation to never eat again
Counting calories, hiding her food
Eating almost nothing for her hunger pains to soothe
She's fighting a losing battle, she knows she'll never win
All this pain and suffering just to be thin
